Participant Management

USWORKBASE is an internet based software application that allows WIA Career Solution Center staff to easily and securely manage participant activity and financial data from any Internet browser. Current and historical data spanning multiple years are all available with a few button clicks. Use USWORKBASE to eliminate mounds of paper and redundant information manually tracked in spreadsheets.

Career advisors enter participant information in a user-friendly interface designed to save time and manage clients more efficiently. Financial plans are tracked and invoices are noted as ready for payment. Accounting staff sees the list of invoices then “clicks” whether a payment has been made, rejected or is in review. If payments are rejected for a particular reason, career advisors are automatically notified via email about the rejection along with the reason for the rejection.

Reports filtered by parish/county, career advisor, date ranges and more are readily accessible to everyone using USWORKBASE. It is a complete Participant Management Solution.
